1. Booking & Scheduling

• Calls are 90 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

• Calls are scheduled via our online booking system with available time slots.

• Participants must provide a valid email address and confirm their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.

• Calls take place via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone (as specified at booking).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled call.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of your call will forfeit the session.

• One reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a new booking fee.

• If The Abundant Life must cancel, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund.

3. Payment & Refunds

• Discovery calls are offered at no charge unless a fee is specified at booking.

• If a booking fee applies, payment is non-refundable unless The Abundant Life cancels the call.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Recording & Privacy

• Calls will not be recorded without the explicit written consent of all participants.

• By participating, you consent to the use of your first name and general topic for internal records only.

• Any information shared during the call is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission.

• We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

• Discovery calls are consultative in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, transformations, or results from participation in a call.

• The Abundant Life is not liable for any decisions made based on information shared during the call.

6. Code of Conduct

• Participants agree to engage respectfully and honestly during the call.

• Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the call.

• Any promotional content or sales pitches unrelated to The Abundant Life are not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Abundant Life is not responsible for technical difficulties or connection issues beyond our control.

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in a discovery call.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Abundant Life reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
